OUR STORY
Dan and I are Orlando natives and grew up going to New Smyrna Beach as small children and teenagers. After purchasing and fully re-imagining our first property in New Smyrna in 2008, we've renovated countless others. In 2016, Dan and I moved to New Smyrna full time. During the process of renovating properties, my love for design and the complete renovation process emerged. This passion coupled with Dan's impeccable construction skills has allowed us to become a great team. New Smyrna has retained that small town feel which is part of its allure and why we love it so much. Never in our wildest dreams did we expect to be here in New Smyrna at this point in our lives doing what we love to do - creating beautiful homes for people to love and share with their families.
